Returns

We want you to be happy with your Bloomers. That's why we'll accept returns within 30 days from when your order arrives. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it - unworn (of course!), with all tags attached, and in the laundry bag packaging. To help ensure your order is eligible for a return, we recommend trying on your Bloomers over a pair of underwear or pantyhose. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.

To start a return, contact our Customer Care department at hello@bloomersintimates.com with your order number or the email address you used to make the purchase. We’ll then email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of your return request in order to receive a refund.

For domestic orders: If you use the return label we provide, a $7 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

For international orders: International customers must arrange and cover the cost of their own return shipping.

Please note:

  • All return requests must be initiated through our Customer Care department. Returns not initiated through Customer Care may be donated or discarded, and won’t be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Returns of 4 or more items will incur a 15% processing fee. Alternatively, you can request a free exchange or store credit.
  • If you do not return the laundry bag, an additional $3 fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you received a free item with your purchase, it must be sent back with your return to be eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns of orders placed during our “Buy 3, Get 1 Free” sale will forfeit the promotion.
  • Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Holiday return policy

We have extended our return window for the holidays! Orders placed between 11/1-12/25/24 may be returned or exchanged through 1/15/2025 or 30 days post-purchase, whichever is later. To ensure your order is eligible for return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn (of course), with all the tags still attached.

If you are returning a gift you received, we will issue store credit in the form of an e-gift card or we can process a free exchange. Rest assured that the person who purchased your gift will not be notified of the return.

Exchanges are free!

Not your size? Not your problem! We offer free exchanges on unworn items so you can find your perfect pair of Bloomers. To help ensure your order is eligible for an exchange, we recommend trying on your Bloomers over a pair of underwear or pantyhose.

To start an exchange, contact us at hello@bloomersintimates.com with your order number or the email address you used to make the purchase. We’ll then email you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. As soon as we receive your order at our warehouse, we will ship your preferred size Bloomers. Easy peasy.
