Returns

We want you to be happy with your Bloomers. That's why we'll accept returns within 30 days from when your order arrives. Returned items must be in the same condition they were received, unworn (of course), with all the tags still attached, and in the laundry bag packaging. To help ensure your order is eligible for a return, we recommend trying on your Bloomers over a pair of underwear or pantyhose.

To start a return, contact us at hello@bloomersintimates.com with your order number or the email address you used to make the purchase. We’ll then email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

For domestic orders: If you use the return label we provide, a $7 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

If you do not return the laundry bag, an additional $3 will be deducted from your refund.

For international orders:  International customers must pay for their own return shipping.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges are free!

Not your size? Not your problem! We offer free exchanges on unworn items so you can find your perfect pair of Bloomers. To help ensure your order is eligible for an exchange, we recommend trying on your Bloomers over a pair of underwear or pantyhose.

To start an exchange, contact us at hello@bloomersintimates.com with your order number or the email address you used to make the purchase. We’ll then email you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. As soon as we receive your order at our warehouse, we will ship your preferred size Bloomers. Easy peasy.
