Orders & Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information so you can follow its journey.
We start preparing orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations
after checkout.
If you need to make an adjustment, email us at hello@bloomersintimates.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.
All US orders ship FREE of charge via USPS Ground Advantage™ service.
If you need your order faster, you can select USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express at checkout. Expedited shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Yes we do! We offer international shipping to most countries across the globe via USPS and DHL. Shipping costs and duties are calculated and collected at checkout.
Delivery times for international orders range from 10 to 18 business days, depending on the shipping service selected. In some instances, international delivery can take up to 6 weeks.
Please note that, for returns, international customers must arrange and cover the cost of their own return shipping.
Sometimes carriers mark packages as “delivered” before they actually arrive. Please allow an extra day or two as most packages are delivered the following business day.
If your order still hasn’t arrived, contact your local USPS post office for details on the delivery or to file a claim.
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address entered at checkout, it’s out of our hands and we are unable to refund orders that are misdelivered.
Returns & Exchanges
Not your size? Not your problem! We offer free exchanges on unworn items so you can find your perfect pair of Bloomers. To help ensure your order is eligible for an exchange, we recommend trying on your Bloomers over a pair of underwear or pantyhose.
To start an exchange, contact us at hello@bloomersintimates.com with your order number or the email address you used to make the purchase. We’ll then email you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. As soon as we receive your order at our warehouse, we will ship your preferred size Bloomers. Easy peasy.
We want you to be happy with your Bloomers. That's why we'll accept returns within 30 days from when your order arrives.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it - unworn (of course!), with all tags attached, and in the laundry bag packaging. To help ensure your order is eligible for a return, we recommend trying on your Bloomers over a pair of underwear or pantyhose. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.
To start a return, contact our Customer Care department at hello@bloomersintimates.com with your order number or the email address you used to make the purchase. We’ll then email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of your return request in order to receive a refund.
For domestic orders: If you use the return label we provide, a $7 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
For international orders: International customers must arrange and cover the cost of their own return shipping.
Please note:
- All return requests must be initiated through our Customer Care department. Returns not initiated through Customer Care may be donated or discarded, and won’t be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Returns of 4 or more items will incur a 15% processing fee. Alternatively, you can request a free exchange or store credit.
- If you do not return the laundry bag, an additional $3 fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If you received a free item with your purchase, it must be sent back with your return to be eligible for a refund.
- Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Yes - sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Additionally, any item that shows signs of wear or is missing tags is not eligible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund and send a confirmation to your email.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment, depending on your bank or credit card company.

We currently offer 4 different styles of lace underwear - Her Highness Briefs, Le French Cut Briefs, Pantyloon® Slip Shorts and Knickerboxers Boyshorts.
Her Highness Briefs are our classic high-waisted briefs. They provide full rear coverage with light support, while staying in place (no annoying ride up!). Also available in leakproof.
Le French Cut Briefs are our tres chic take on high cut undies. The high cut design accentuates and elongates legs, with full rear coverage for maximum comfort. They're ooh la la lovely!
Pantyloon® Slip Shorts are the perfect under dress shorts and have a long inseam to prevent thigh chafing. They are high-waisted for a smooth silhouette and provide full thigh coverage to protect your skin. Also available in leakproof.
Knickerboxer Boyshorts have a mid-to-high rise and a more casual fit, while offering a hint of cheekiness. The stretchy lace waistband makes these boyshorts the perfect undies for lounging and exercising.
All 4 styles are made from soft, 4-way stretch lace and feature a scalloped edge for a seamless underwear appearance.
While we don't have shapewear (yet!), our Cougar and Queen's Lace styles offer light support, or what we like to call "a gentle hug".
The Pantyloon® Slip Short inseam varies by size and ranges from about 6.4 inches for size XS to slightly over 8 inches for size 3XL.
Our SneezeProof gusset can absorb up to 1 teaspoon of liquid. It's soft, lightweight and PFAS-free!
Bralettes are more comfortable and less supportive compared to a traditional wire bra. While bras are designed to maximize support and structure, bralettes are designed to maximize comfort and style.
Our lace bralettes have a front closure for easy wear and are lined with super soft modal fabric. They're so cozy you can wear them as a sleep bra!
All of our lace underwear is made from 80% nylon / 20% spandex with a 100% cotton gusset.
Our SneezeProof moisture‑wicking underwear is made from lace composed of 80% nylon / 20% spandex with a gusset of 89% polyester / 11% spandex.
Our Tiara Lace Bralette is made from 80% nylon / 20% spandex lace with a lining of 88% Lenzing™ modal / 12% Lycra®.
Our Convertible Racerback Bralette is made from 80% nylon / 20% spandex with stretch elastic trim.
The difference between Queen's Lace and Cougar Lace is in the pattern within the lace.
Queen’s Lace has a floral pattern that's inspired by romantic wildflowers and fit for a, well, you know.
Cougar Lace has an animal pattern and is designed for strong, fierce women who know what they want and aren't afraid to pounce.
Both the Cougar and Queen's Laces have our proprietary Laceticity™ 4-way stretch and feature a scalloped edge for a seamless underwear appearance.

Product Care
Take care of your Bloomers by turning the garment inside out and placing them in our reusable mesh laundry bag. Machine wash on gentle with like colors. Do not machine dry as it will ruin the stretch lace. Line dry and have a bootyfull day!
We want to make it easy for you to take care of you pair, so every Bloomers garment is shipped in our signature mesh laundry bag.
Mesh laundry bags are not only earth-friendly (polybags, no thank you!), they also provide an extra layer of care during transit and ensure that your Bloomers arrive in perfect condition.
Our mesh laundry bags are actually quite versatile! In addition to using them for washing and storing your Bloomers, you can also use them for:
• Travel Organization: Great for organizing makeup, toiletries, socks, underwear, and accessories in your suitcase.
• Beach Gear: Carry and rinse off sandy sunscreen bottles and swim goggles, or use it as a wet bag for your swimsuit.
• Bathroom Items: Keep bath
products, loofahs, or small toiletries together and allow them to dry.
• Snack Bags: Store snacks like nuts or dried fruit for on-the-go convenience.
• Produce Bags: Use for small fruits and vegetables like berries, cherry tomatoes, or herbs.

We get it! There can be too much of a good thing. If you have laundry bags you want to part with, simply email us at hello@bloomersintimates.com and we will send you a prepaid label to return any unwanted laundry bags.
