Lace and jewelry don't mix. Pull your Bloomers on mindfully and keep zippers clear; gentle handling goes a long way.

Machine wash inside out in a mesh bag. Cold water, delicate cycle. Hand washing works just as well.

Lay flat to dry. The dryer is not their friend.

We offer free shipping on orders $75+ via USPS Ground Advantage™ service. 

Orders are fulfilled in 1-2 business days and ship from our warehouse in New Hampshire. 

International Orders

For international orders, we offer USPS and DHL international shipping services. Shipping costs and duties are calculated and collected at checkout.

We offer 30-day returns and exchanges.

Exchanges are free and easy! Returns using the shipping label we provide will incur a $7 return shipping fee. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in the laundry bag packaging. We recommend trying on your Bloomers over a pair of underwear or pantyhose as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.

Do your panties have a cotton gusset? Yes. Every Bloomers panty includes a 100% cotton gusset for breathability and all-day comfort.

Will these ride up or shift throughout the day? No. All Bloomers panties are made from 4-way stretch lace designed to move with your body and stay where you put them. The scalloped edges lie flat and the waistband sits without rolling.

Will I see a visible panty line? Our lace underwear is specifically designed to eliminate VPL. The scalloped lace edges lie flat and disappear under clothes. For very fitted or sheer garments, choose a nude shade for the least visibility.

What is the difference between your lace types? Bloomers offers three lace types. Feather Lace is ultra-light and stretchy, the closest thing to wearing nothing. Both Cougar Lace and Queen’s Lace are more structured and smooth without compressing, while Queen's Lace is richer with a more elevated look. All three fabric styles use the same cotton gusset and 4-way stretch construction.

What panty styles do you carry? Bloomers offers four underwear silhouettes: Her Highness Briefs (high-waisted, full coverage), Le French Cut Briefs (high-waisted, high-cut leg that accentuates the legs), Knickerboxer Boyshorts (full coverage with a hint of cheekiness), and Pantyloon® Slip Shorts (full thigh coverage that prevents chafing under dresses and skirts).

How do I care for my Bloomers? Turn inside out, place in a mesh laundry bag, and wash cold on a delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry. The dryer weakens the stretch over time, so skip it.
